About me

Making complex and annoying things simple. That's my thing.

I help companies turn slow processes, overloaded content and confusing spreadsheets into solutions that actually work in everyday business.

Depending on the task, that might be a straightforward automation, clear reporting, an internal tool, a website or a carefully introduced AI use case. I do not care much about the label. What matters is whether the solution saves time, stress and unnecessary work.

How I work

Understand first. Then simplify.

Good digital solutions do not start with a tool. They start with one clear question: What should become noticeably easier for the people involved?

Clarify the process

I listen, structure requirements and identify where questions, waiting time, copy-paste work or errors occur.

Build the right solution

Sometimes a clear rule or conventional automation is enough. Sometimes AI, a web application or a good dashboard helps. As much technology as necessary, as little as possible.

Bring people along

A solution is only finished when people understand and use it. That is why clear communication, workshops and a proper handover are part of my work.

Since 2017, I have worked across design, web development, project management and hands-on process work. Today, I bring those perspectives together where companies need to make workflows, reporting and new tools not just more digital, but clearer and more reliable.

Through projects in the research industry and in consulting, I have supported international teams, implemented internal tools and web solutions, made data easier to understand and helped introduce new ways of working. In environments with many stakeholders, repeated approvals or sensitive information, this mix of concept, execution and adoption is especially useful.

I am a seeker: of simpler solutions, new paths and challenges that help me grow.

I value clarity, honest communication and responsibility. The decisions we make today should still make sense tomorrow – for companies, the people in them and the world around them.

I am a dog owner, and I love creativity, good conversations and the occasional detour that leads to a better idea. Luna also makes sure there are analogue walks between all those digital processes.
